Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal check will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods please inform us within 3 days of delivery of the item. We will give a full refund less shipping costs or we will exchange items if they are faulty upon delivery to you. We must be notified within 3 days of the receipt of the product. Of course, all freight, handling and insurance fees will not be refunded and you will be billed shipping for any exchanges.

* A RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise.

* Item must be returned in its original new re-sellable condition within 14 days of issuance of an RMA.

* Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery of the merchandise.

RMA requests are to be submitted via email at sales@GFRracing.com.

Upon obtaining your RMA request, we'll review your claim and issue you a RMA# provided that our merchandise return guidelines outlined above are followed.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on weight and destination. . Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

We ship all over the world and we suggest that our customers outside the US choose USPS International to avoid expensive duty and brokerage charges. We do not assume liability for International Duties or for delays of International deliveries due to customs delays. We provide you with an email when your order ships that contains the date of shipment, as well as the tracking number, so that you can keep an eye on your package. We have received numerous emails from our customers expressing their satisfaction with our outstanding customer service and quick shipping.


Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.


Pre-Order Information Most items are ordered on a pre-ordered basis. In the description of the item an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is listed. This ETA is given to us from the Vendor and is only an ESTIMATION.

When you place a pre-order for a "future delivery" item, you will be allocated one from the quantities we have on order. This is a very important benefit for you, since our entire allocation for some items are sold out before we receive them. ( GFRracing.com reserves the right to limit any customer's order quantities greater than one.)

In fairness to others, if you're not absolutely, positively sure you want an item, please don't pre-order it from us. Such actions could very well prevent another collector who really wants it from pre-ordering one.

If for any reason a future delivery program that you ordered is not produced, you will be emailed a cancellation notice and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

If for any reason the manufacturer does not ship us the total quantity we have on order (such as an act of God), GFRracing.com will fill as many orders as we can (based on order history, order time and order date). We will then immediately email those that will not be receiving their pre-ordered item.

SOMETIMES THERE IS A LIMIT OF 3 OF ANY ITEM PER CUSTOMER. All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to prevent an oversold situation but cannot guarantee this. All items are a first come basis.



If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
